Day 01: Bali – Labuan Bajo – Rinca Island – Kambing Island – Kalong Island
Arriving in Komodo Airport at 10:00 am, you will be immediately picked up by our driver and transfered to Labuan Bajo harbor to travel by AC cabin ship to the island of Rinca with a distance of about 2 hours. Arriving at Loh Buaya, Rinca island, you will check in at the office of Komodo National Park and pay for some components. Then you will be trekking for 3 hours to see the komodo dragons and other wild animals such as buffaloes, horses, deer, monkeys , wild boars and some bird species. After that you will get back to the ship and sail to the island of Kambing for snorkeling. Finally you will sail to the island of Kalong to see thousands of bats coming out of their nests and flying to the island of Flores. Overnight and dinner on board .
Day 02: Kalong – Gili Laba – Komodo Island – Pantai Merah (pink Beach) – Labuan Bajo (B-L)
After breakfast onboard, you will sail to GILI LABA. Then you proceed to Loh Liang. After checking the entry ticket, you begin trekking for 2.5 hours around the area to see the Komodo dragons and other wild animals such as wild boars and deer. Getting back to the boat, you will sail (PINK BEACH) for snorkeling and to enjoy the beauty of the beach with its red sand. If lucky, you can see many kinds of fish above sea level or swimming with you. Lunch onboard. Finally, you will be heading to Labuan Bajo forovernight in a local hotel (Luwansa Beach resort or L Bajo Hotel or Sylvia Resort) .
Day 03: Labuan Bajo – Bajawa
After breakfast at your hotel, our guide will pick you up to drive to Bajawa. You will stop in some places. First in Lembor to see the largest irrigation and rice fields in the province of NTT. Then in Cancar to the spiderweblook rice-field. Next in Ruteng to see the traditional houses of Ruteng Pu’u village with their unique construction, outside and inside and its stone usually used as a place to do traditional ceremonies and offerings to their ancestors. Then you will have lunch at a local restaurant. After that you will continue toward the lake of Rana Mese. And then you will be heading to Aimere to see the proccess of making alcoholic WINE of Lontar tree juice. Then you continue to Bajawa (the capital town of Ngada district) which is located above the altitude of 1,130 meters above sea level with its very cold weather. Arriving in Bajawa, you will check in at a hotel. Dinner will be in a local restaurant.
Day 04: Bajawa – Ende – Moni
After breakfast at your hotel, you will visit Bena traditional village. It is the largest traditional village in the island of Flores with the uniqueness of the buildings, society, megalithic stones and weaving binding. Then you will drive to to Nage Keo, a former royal local indigenous village to see the giant buffalo horns thought to live 8000 years ago. After that you will continue to the beach of Nanga Penda with its blue stones covering the coastal area as along as 5 km. Then you will have lunch in a restaurant in Ende . After lunch you will head to the village of Ndu’a Ria (a fruit and vegetable market Moni). Finally you drive to Moni and check in at a hotel and have dinner.
Day 05:Moni – Kelimutu 3 Color Lake – Ende – Denpasar
At around 05:00 in the morning, you will drive to Kelimutu Lake. After leaving your car at the parking area, you will start walking to the highest peak (1690 m above sea level). There you can can see the spectacular view of the three different color lakes while enjoying the sunrise. Getting down back to the car park, you will drive back to Moni to have breakfast. After breakfast, you will leave for Ende for your flight to to Denpasar – Bali (Recommendation: afternoon flight by Garuda at 3 pm).
